For Urline Gregoire, becoming a nurse practitioner has always been about making sure every patient feels heard, respected, and informed. Throughout her career in urology, ambulatory care, and hospital-based settings, she saw how often urological concerns went unaddressed because they felt too personal to discuss, appointments were hard to get, or patients left without a clear understanding of what came next. Those experiences inspired her to create ClearPath Urology, a telehealth practice where patients can talk openly in a private, judgment-free setting. Whether you’re dealing with a recurring infection, a sensitive concern, or a condition that needs ongoing monitoring, Urline’s goal is to help you move from uncertainty to confidence.
As a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGNP-C) with a Master of Science from Regis College, Urline spent six years in a busy urology practice before founding ClearPath Urology. She focuses on nonsurgical evaluation and management of common urological concerns for both men and women, along with the conditions that affect urinary and kidney health, such as high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes. When care beyond telehealth is needed, she coordinates referrals to trusted in-person specialists. Fluent in English, French, and Haitian Creole, Urline is committed to serving the diverse communities of Massachusetts with care that is private, evidence-based, and easy to understand.
